Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle leaving from the Raddison Country Inn and Suites hotel parking lot at 3:27 and 3:49 to ensure a 4:00P.M. arrival. The Shuttle ride is only about 10 minutes. The ceremony will begin at 4:30. There is free overnight parking at the venue as well if you would prefer to drive over vs. taking the shuttle. All cars parking overnight at the venue will need to have their car information given to the venue. There will be a shuttle leaving the venue to bring guests back to the hotel at the following times: 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, and 11:45.

Are children allowed?

After a lot of consideration and compromising we have made the decision to ONLY allow children 10 years old and up. We apologize for any inconvenience and will miss your little ones. Can I leave my car at the venue overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Rules are as follows provided by RiverStone: 1. Guests leaving vehicles must pre-register the vehicle with RiverStone greeter. 2. All vehicles must be retrieved from RiverStone parking lot by 10:00A.M. the following day. 3. Any vehicle not removed by designated time will be towed at the owners expense.
