When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP by Saturday, June 27th, 2026 . We kindly ask that you respond by then so we can finalize our guest count for vendors and seating charts and make sure everything is perfect for the big day. If we haven’t heard from you by that date, we may assume you’re unable to attend.

What time should guests arrive?

The ceremony will start at 4pm CST. We suggest guests arrive 10-15 mins prior!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both ceremony and reception will take place at Venue Twenty5 (3796 ND-25, Mandan, ND 58554). The ceremony and part of the reception will be taking place outside as weather allows.

Are there hotel room blocks?
Answer
The Comfort Inn and Suites in Mandan [1516 27th St N, Mandan, ND 58554] is the closest hotel option we recommend! They do not offer blocks, but provide a 20% discount using the following link [http://www.choicehotels.com/ires/en-US/html/ArrivalInfo?hotel=ND084&srp=LWEDNG&pu=no] or by utilizing the QR code found under the Travel tab.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear for the weather?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal, so think sundress, cocktail dresses, slacks with dress shirts, or suits (ties optional). During the day, the weather will likely be warm (around 70°F), but it can get cooler in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or wrap to stay comfortable once the sun goes down.

Will there be alcohol served?

Drinks? Absolutely. We’ll be providing a limited selection of beer and wine on us during cocktail hour to get the party started. A full bar with additional drink options will be available for purchase throughout the evening! It is a CASH ONLY bar; ATM available on site.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
If it rains and the weather doesn’t pass, the ceremony will be moved inside at Venue Twenty5. The reception also has the option to be moved indoors or remain under a covered outdoor area.
