Travel Note
If you are traveling from the US, you will need a visa to enter the UK. This is a new policy, so if you have not been to the UK in the last year, you will need to apply for one. The process is very simple and inexpensive, but please do make sure to apply (via the official government website, https://www.gov.uk/eta) when you purchase your plane tickets to avoid any issues entering the country. Please note that even very young children need their own visa. If you have any questions, please feel free to give Emily a call!
Travel Note
If you are traveling internationally, please do not forget to check your passport's validity/expiration date when making your plans. Please note that on your date of entry you must have at least 6 months left before your passport's expiration date, or you may not be able to enter the country. If you are traveling with children, infants are required to have their own valid passport. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out! Ryan and Emily are happy to help.
Hotel
This is where the shuttle transporting guests to and from the venue will be leaving from. We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests, please make sure to book using our link!

While there are cabs available, please keep in mind this is a rural area and typical ride services (like Uber) may not be available. We strongly recommend prebooking any cab rides you intend to take. Train
This station is a quick 15 minute walk from the hotel and is on the Southern rail line. It is just under an hour travel time from London Victoria station.
Flight
Gatwick airport is the closest airport to both the hotel and the venue, approximately a 25 minute car ride.

Heathrow airport is accessible via car (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the hotel and venue) and via train (approximately 2 hours to the hotel and venue).
