How do we get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We will arrange transport from certain hotels in the area. Otherwise, best to have a car or car rental. We will post transportation schedules for the events as the events near.

What is the attire for the Friday - welcome party, Saturday - wedding and Sunday - pool party?

Answer

Friday -Welcome Party attire: girls: summer dressy casual girls: sundresses gents: slacks but no coat or tie. Saturday - Wedding attire: girls: formal cocktail dresses or long dresses; gents: coat and tie or summer suit Sunday -Pool Party attire: for all - casual shorts, sundresss and swim wear

Are the parties and wedding and celebration indoor or outdoor?

Answer

All of the wedding events are planned to be outside, weather permitting. The wedding venue will be tented in the event of significant weather. We will keep you updated here in the event of a change in the plans

What is the terrain of the venue?

Answer

The wedding venue has rough rustic terrain so for the ladies, we recommend wedges vs. high heal shoes

Question

What time will the shuttle bus depart from and where?

Answer

For the wedding day, there will be a shuttle service running from San Quirico d'Orcia and from Bagno Vignoni, respectively. If you would like to use this service, please respond to the Google Forms questionnaire we will be sending out shortly, or send a message to Christiana or Kriste (indicating which departure point you plan to leave from). The shuttle service will take place between 5:30 and 6:15 pm for departures and between 1:00-3:00 am for returns. For those who choose to drive to the venue independently, cars can be parked outside the venue and a shuttle will available to bring guests into the property. If you have any special needs with respect to mobility and accessibility, please reach out to Christiana or Kriste in advance
