Lulu's Thai Noodle Shop
Many a lunch date has been held in this exact location! It's not the most authentic Thai you'll ever have, but that doesn't stop us from dreaming about the drunken noodles. The location in Westwood, KS, has an adorable bar next door. Ask for a Clarified Milk Punch. It's so smooth you won't believe it.
Providence By The Slice
The BEST pizza in KC, with absolutely no competition. We had this on our first date and every few months since. Antonia takes anyone who visits KC here.
CHEWOLOGY
Some of the best dumplings and bao in the business. This is a funky little place with lots of good drinks.

Front Range Cafe
Our first unoffical first date! Technically we went to the location in Fairview, KS, but Antonia likes the Waldo location better since its bigger and brighter. They serve both coffee and alcohol!
Cheval
An upscale cocktail lounge named after french horses. They have lots of interesting drinks and some killer desserts if you need a treat after dinner.
Lifted Spirits Distillery
The Crossroads neighborhood in KC has a ton of great breweries, so you can't go wrong with anything you choose, but this is one of our favorites. Fun fact: we almost had our reception in their upstairs hayloft.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
We went here on our first official date! The lawn is great for picnicking (when it's not December...). The museum is free and large with a great Catholic exhibit.
Cardboard Corner Cafe
An awesome little spot with tons of boards games to play (free of charge) and fantastic waffles. Plus you can get a drink- assuming that won't make your game of Organ Attack dangerous.
Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium
Penguins. Need we say more? And fishies in their an incredible new aquarium.
