This is where the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception will be taking place. We encourage you to stay onsite for accessibility to our wedding events and to meet other guests! To reserve a room in our room block with a discounted rate, please contact the Central Reservations office via phone at 406-892-2525. Rooms in our block will start to be released to the public after July 9th, so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible! Make sure to mention the following details prior to making your reservation: - Location: Grouse Mountain Lodge - Group Name: Webb Connolly Wedding Block - Dates of stay Rates are as follows: - Single/Double room: $229/night - Triple: $244/night - Quad: $259/night Reservations cannot be made online, through voicemail or email. If you're looking to extend your stay beyond our dates (10/09-10/11), the reservations team will be happy to assist with additional nights at Grouse Mountain Lodge if available, as well as alternative lodging options for anyone planning to spend more time exploring beautiful Montana.

Flight

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is only 15 minutes from town and has direct flights from major airports. Grouse Mountain Lodge offers complimentary hotel shuttles for guests as well. Missoula Montana Airport (MSO) is another option but is about a 2.5 hour drive. If you’re interested in renting a car and exploring more of Montana on your way here you could consider Missoula!

Whitefish Train Depot

Amtrak’s Empire Builder arrives twice daily at the Whitefish Train Depot - a national historic landmark right in the center of town. Traveling daily between Chicago and Seattle/Portland, the train provides a perfect way to experience the rugged splendor of the American West, an exciting adventure through majestic wilderness, following the footsteps of early pioneers.
