Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Spring Cocktail Attire - The ceremony will be held on a boardwalk which may be an uneven surface (flats or block heels recommended).

Question

Will COVID-19 vaccinations be required?

Answer

Yes. As of the writing of this blurb, King County requires verification of full vaccination status or a negative COVID test (taken within the last 72 hours) to enter indoor restaurants, and bars (including our event venue) for guests ages 12 and over. Please be prepared to bring a photo of your vaccination card or a negative COVID test (taken within the last 72 hours). More information: https://kingcounty.gov/depts/health.aspx COVID-19 regulations and guidelines evolve rapidly. We will update our website as the date approaches if there have been any changes.

Question

Will masks be required?

Answer

Yes. As of the writing of this blurb, Washington state requires masks for everyone ages 5+ in public indoor spaces (including our wedding venue).

Question

Do I need to bring my actual vaccine card?

Answer

You can bring your official CDC-issued vaccination card, or photo/digital version of your official card with your name and dates of doses (must be beyond the two week minimum fully vaccinated window). The name on your vaccination card must match the name on your photo ID.

Question

What if I cannot be vaccinated for medical/religious reasons or have children who are not yet eligible?

Answer

Per King County regulations - Those age 12 and older without vaccination records must display a negative clinically administered COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours. This applies to unvaccinated guests with medical or religious exemptions. Children under the age of 12 do not require a negative test.

Question

What types of negative clinically administered COVID-19 tests will be accepted?

Answer

Per King County regulations - Showing digital or printed documentation of a negative molecular test (also called a PCR test) or antigen test (also called a rapid test) within the 72 hours prior to an event qualifies as an alternative to proof of full vaccination. Documentation must be from a testing agent such as a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy. Self-administered rapid tests will not be accepted.
