Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be at The Park Loft, Oceanport, NJ. Please see the "Schedule" section of our site for full event details.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The Park Loft will host both our ceremony and reception in the same space. Please arrive no earlier than 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. (The bride, groom, and bridal party will be taking photos before this, so we’d love to have you join us right on time!)

What’s the flow of the evening?

5:30–6:00 PM: Ceremony 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour 7:00–11:00 PM: Reception

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the Sheraton Eatontown. Shuttle service will be provided from there. If you’d prefer to stay elsewhere (near the beach or another location), we’ve listed additional hotel suggestions under the Travel section of our wedding website.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle for our guests staying at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel. The shuttle will bring you to and from our venue, Park Loft. The exact shuttle details (times, number of trips, etc.) are still being finalized and will depend on how many guests are staying at the Sheraton. We will update this page with all the details closer to our wedding date, so please check back here for the most up-to-date information!

What should I wear?

Our wedding will be Formal Attire. Think suits and ties or dressy cocktail/long dresses. It’s not a black-tie event, so tuxedos and ball gowns aren’t necessary, but we’d love for everyone to dress up and celebrate with us in style!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation is addressed to you “and guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us solo so we can stay within our venue’s capacity.

What will be served at the reception?
Answer
"The “Chef’s Palette” is a uniquely crafted style of dinner introduced by the Park Loft Team with the purpose of offering greater flexibility and more culinary variety to our couples, families, and guests. Our goal is to blend the anticipated elements of cocktail hour with more modern and extensive main course offerings. Traditional cocktail hour stations blend with our array of freshly made passed canapés, while heartier stations become the focal point of the meal. Each of our Palate stations are a full meal in themselves, with multiple options constructed in a uniquely themed display with a dedicated attendant or Chef to help add to the experience. Additionally, guests have two hours to navigate the culinary portion of the evening, allowing a much more persona timeline as well as the ability to experience a wide variety of cuisine at their own pace and leisure. While helping to coordinate and inform our guests, the service team is at their disposal to bring beverages and food from the dinner stations to guests as needed upon request.
