What time should I arrive at The Magnolia Venue?

Answer

(TBD Wedding Timeline) We are so excited to see each and every one of you and celebrate together! Please arrive no later than 3:30pm. You must give yourself enough time to ride a shuttle bus from the lower parking lot, up the mountain, to the venue! The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. :)

Can I bring a date?

Maybe! Please refer to your RSVP for the amount of seats the bride and groom have reserved for you, at your table. If you have already mailed your RSVP, please reach out to Whitney or Charlie directly.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP :) Please RSVP within the month you received your formal invitation, if possible. If you do not RSVP by July 26th, 2022, the wedding planner will assume you are unable to attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions/allergies on your RSVP. If you have already mailed your RSVP, please contact the wedding planner Kenzie Carlson.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Please see the tab at the top of the website for more details. If you don't see anything that inspires you on our registry, we would also accept a donation to our "Honeymoon Fund" in the form of cash or check on our wedding day. There will be a card box at the reception!
