Our ceremony will be a traditional Catholic Mass, which typically lasts about an hour. We kindly ask guests to arrive at 1:30pm to be seated before the service begins. No pictures during the ceremony, please. After the ceremony, head outside so we can capture our exit surrounded by all our favorite people!
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be a two-hour break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Need something to do? Below are a few ideas nearby to help you fill the time For those wanting to get the party started: - Valhalla Pub & Eatery in French Quarter - Merchant & Trade (rooftop bar) - Connolly's on Fifth (Irish pub!) For those wanting to grab coffee/light lunch: - Waterbean Coffee - Amelie's Uptown French Bakery & Cafe - La Belle Helene - Coquette Or if you would prefer to relax and freshen up at your hotel, there will be a shuttle service provided after the ceremony.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Let the celebrations begin! After the "I do's," enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with us before we head upstairs where the real party begins.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our reception will take place in the Kearney Solarium/Silverman Pavilion, where we’ll have some reserved seating set aside for our loved ones who’d be more comfortable seated. It will be a cocktail-style celebration, with food stations located across the hall in Legacy Hall — so feel free to mingle and move around throughout the evening! (...you can find us on the dance floor!) The food stations will be open all night, so don’t be shy about going back for seconds (or thirds!). You’ll also find desserts and late-night snacks to keep the party going strong!
11:00 pm
The celebration doesn’t end when the reception does! Join us for our after party at Retro Bar (just a few doors down from the reception) for a throwback 90s music vibe and late-night fun.
9:00 am
Before you head out, we'll be grabbing brunch at Stoke (in the lobby of the Marriott). If you're around and want to swing by to say hi or bye, we'd love to see you one more time!
