Preferred Hotel: Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Cultural District

The room types available are 1 Queen bed rooms or 2 Queen bed rooms, both rooms have pull out sofas as well. If you don't see the specific room type you want, please let us know and we can try to get more of that specific room type released to our room block. The room rate includes free parking, free breakfast and is able to be cancelled up until 24 hours of your arrival date. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible so we are able to release more rooms to our room block, as needed. If you'd prefer to stay at another nearby hotel you are welcome to, however the shuttle will pick up and drop off at our preferred hotel, the Home2 Suites Fort Worth Cultural District.

Dallas/Fort Worth Airport

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the major airport in the DFW area accommodating passengers flying with American, Delta, Spirit, Jetblue, United, and Frontier Airlines. Use Google Flights or The Hopper app to assist in finding a good deal on flights. If you are flying Spirit, you can save by purchasing your ticket at the airport in advance. Typically $15-$25 one way savings.

Dallas Love Field Airport

Dallas Love Field Airport accommodates passengers flying with Southwest, Delta, and Alaska Airlines. Southwest will do a price adjustment if you find a cheaper flight with Southwest after booking.

Train

TEXRail

TEXRail provides a train option from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Fort Worth Central Station for $2.50 one way, once there you can take an Uber/Lyft to the hotel for approx. $7-$15.

DART and Trinity Railway Express

DART and Trinity Railway Express provides a bus/train option from Dallas Love Field Airport to Forth Worth Central Station for $6 one way. Download the GoPass app for easier way to purchase bus/train tickets. At Dallas Love Field Airport take the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s Love Link 524 bus for 11 stops to the Inwood/Love Field Station. Take the Light Rail Green Line towards Buckner or the Orange Line towards LBJ/Central for 3 stops to Victory Station. Take the Trinity Railway Express towards T&P Station for 7 stops to Forth Worth Central Station. Then take an Uber/Lyft to the hotel.
