Our story started in the summer of 2021, thanks to a swipe right on Bumble. For our first date, we met at Grand Lux Café. I remember looking at James and instantly thinking, “He is so out of my league.” I even told all my friends, “This will just be a fun summer thing.” But James had other plans. After dinner, I wanted to keep the night going, so I stayed to hang out with him and one of his close friends. From there, things just clicked. What I didn’t know then was that James already knew. After just a few dates, he told himself I was the one and quietly started planning how he would one day ask for my hand in marriage. That summer, James made me smile every single day. The girl who swore it would just be for the summer quickly realized she’d found someone she could never walk away from. Now, here we are, years later, more in love than ever, getting ready to say “I do” surrounded by the people who have supported us every step of the way. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.
