FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to the ceremony & after-party by no later than January 31, 2025. If you need to change your RSVP status at any point between January 31 and March 1, please let Sean and Sarah know as soon as possible. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive by 4:00PM! The doors will close at 4:25PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Question

What's the parking situation like?

Answer

There is spacious, on-site parking at the Villa at Cielo Vista. As you enter the gates and drive all the way up, there will be signs noting where to park. It is only a short walk away from the entrance to the villa. However, if you plan on drinking, we highly recommend that you take an Uber or Lyft to the venue.

Question

Is there group transportation?

Answer

There is no group transportation TO the ceremony. HOWEVER, there will be a charter bus that will transport any guest from the venue back to the hotels starting from 8:30PM to 10:00PM. Then from 10:00PM to 1:30AM, the bus will transport guests back and forth between the hotels and the After Party location!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We're rolling out the red carpet with a “Formal or Black Tie Optional” dress code. This means you’ve got two fabulous choices: go all out with a tuxedo or floor-length gown for that classic black-tie flair, or keep it elegant with a suit and tie or a chic cocktail dress. Basically, bring your A-game and dress to impress! But just a quick heads-up, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the grass, so we recommend avoiding stilettos. Additionally, it may get a bit chilly later in the evening, as it is still early spring in Texas - so please plan accordingly. If you'll be attending the after-party, feel free to change into something more comfortable - like sweatpants and sneakers! Though there will be a bonfire, the party is outdoors only, so definitely bring a warm jacket or cover-up :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! As long as their names are on the invite, then they are more than welcome to come! There will be a bounce house for kids as well as coloring pages & crayons at every table. We'll also be converting the bride's or groom's suite to be a quiet space for breastfeeding moms or for parents with children under two. The room has a lock with a code on it and will only be given out to parents who request it on that day (for safety purposes). Disclaimer: There will NOT be additional supervision in the designated room nor around the bounce house, so parents will be responsible for the safety of their own kids.

Question

Is the bounce house only for kids?

Answer

If there are no kids using the bounce house, you're more than welcome to go on in and bounce! If you do see a child coming though, please kindly exit and allow them a chance to use it.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When you click the RSVP button, it will automatically ask you if you have any dietary restrictions and/or if you need any other special accommodations for the day.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus-one?

Answer

We’re thrilled to have you join us on our special day! As we’ve carefully planned our guest list, we’re unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones beyond those noted on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check the Hotels tab on the top for more information! We've reserved a couple hotel blocks at the Courtyard and Residence Inn at the RIM for a discounted rate (as long as you book by 2/7). They're the closest you'll get to the venue :)

Question

I don't see hotel room options that I want

Answer

Please double check that the dates you booked are accurate. If you still don't see the room type that you're looking for, please email us at watsonandpark25@gmail.com so we can reach out to the hotel. Thank you!
