Late in October, Sean secretly asked a few of Sarah's friends to plan a paint-and-sip session to take place at Horsetooth Reservoir -- a place that Sarah insists is where Sean fell in love with her. Back when they were "just friends," she took him for a drive at Horsetooth, when the moon was full and bright, and they parked in the middle of the road with the music cranked up high. Of course, she insisted they get out to dance, when a cop pulled up to kindly tell them they couldn't park there. The next day, he asked her out on their first date (teehee). Anyway, as the girls finished painting and taking photos with their canvases, a friend handed Sarah a painted canvas that she hadn't seen before. "So, Sean actually made you a painting too." In Sarah's hands was a painting of Horsetooth Reservoir at night, with a car parked in the middle of the road, two figures standing next to the car, and a full moon in the middle of the night sky. On the back of the canvas said, "Do you remember the moon that night?" When Sarah looked up, Sean was striding towards her with a ring box in hand. He got down on one knee, and when he popped the question -- well, of course she said yes!
