Ceremony

Due to logistics and space constraints, we ask that the only children in attendance be immediate family members or in the wedding. The chapel is a public venue, our ceremony will be private. Due to the time limits, we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:45 as our venue time starts at 4pm. We also ask that guests promptly board the shuttle to be transported to the reception site. Chapel staff has graciously approved vehicles to remain in their parking lot until the conclusion of the reception for those driving to the chapel. We ask that you please leave your vehicles and use the transportation provided as the lodge has limited parking space and there is an ordinance against parking on the street at the lodge.
Shuttle Service
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Shuttle service from the chapel provided as a convenience to our guests and residents near the reception site. This service will be provided to the reception and return shuttles are scheduled at 7:30pm and 10pm. Please utilize this service as there is an ordinace against parking on the street at the lodge and parking is limited.

Reception

Enjoy a casual dinner and sunset on the lake with us! Again, due to logistics we ask that the only children in attendance be those immediate family members. The reception is on the dock next to the lake, no lifeguards or other safety measures will be in place to protect your children. Thank you for your understanding.
After Party
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Bring some comfortable dancing shoes and celebrate with us! Open bar, tipping the bartender is encouraged! Please drink responsibility! Hotels are available in Bella Vista as well as Rogers, blocks have been reserved at the Comfort Inn in Bentonville, shuttle service will return here after the ceremony. Uber and taxis available to nearby hotels as well.
