Send Off Event

Casual Attire

Before we take off for paradise, we want to raise a glass with the people who have loved and supported us through every chapter. Join us for a laid-back evening filled with buffet-style bites, Common Roots classic pizzas, local brews, signature cocktails, lawn games, and plenty of drink tickets to go around. This event is especially for those who won’t be traveling with us and we truly hope you’ll be there. If you are coming to Turks & Caicos with us, we'd love to see you there as well! We kindly ask that this be a kid-free event. Casual attire is encouraged - from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. The brewery is open until 10:00pm, so we'll have the option to hang out at the main location after the event formally ends. Resort Check-In

10:00 am - 5:00 pm

WELCOME TO TURKS & CAICOS!

Take your time settling in - grab a drink, dip your toes in the ocean, and adjust to vacation mode. We’ll be around the resort throughout the day, so feel free to say hi or unwind on island time. We do not have any dinner plans for the first night, so feel free to make a reservation at one of Alexandra's many all-inclusive restaurants, or take the free shuttle to their sister property Blue Haven for more dinner options. Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Beachy-Casual

Join us for a pre-wedding welcome gathering after a day in the island sunshine. We’ll have light bites and cocktails on the island located over the resort pool as we watch the sun begin to set over Grace Bay. This is a great chance to meet fellow guests, reconnect with familiar faces, and ease into the weekend celebration together. We're on vacation! Please wear something comfortable and beachy - think breezy sundresses, linen shirts, and your favorite sandals.

Ceremony

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Beach / Garden Attire

We’ll exchange vows by the ocean, surrounded by palm trees, salty air, and our favorite people. This moment means the world to us, and we’re so honored to share it with you. For the ceremony & reception, think garden party meets beachfront wedding. Wear light, breathable fabrics, soft pastels or floral patterns. Sandals are encouraged, but shoes will be optional for the ceremony we’ll be on the sand :)

Free Day in Paradise

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sleep in, grab a mimosa, or hit the beach - today is all about relaxing and soaking up island time with the new Mr. & Mrs.! Whether you want to snorkel, sunbathe, or hang poolside with us, you’ve earned a full day of fun in paradise.

Resort Check-Out

9:00 am - 11:00 am
