When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 1, 2022. The RSVP form will be available on this website soon!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you do not plan to ride the transportation provided, please plan to arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:40 pm. Due to the logistics of the ceremony and the nature of the venue, we will not be able to seat anyone who arrives after 3:45 pm.

What if I am not fully vaccinated?

Answer

For the safety of our family, friends and vendors, we ask that everyone be fully vaccinated (2 shots + a booster) prior to coming to our wedding. We hope you’ll understand and respect our decision.

Can I bring a date?

Please check your RSVP form for the size of your party, as our venue has a strict occupancy cutoff.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We hope you’ll understand.

How far is Eastwood Farm & Winery from the recommended hotels in downtown Charlottesville?

Answer

Eastwood Farm & Winery is just 15 minutes from the Residence Inn and Home2Suites, and 10 from the Fairfield Inn. A shuttle will be provided from the Residence Inn.

What time will the shuttles leave and return to the hotel?

If you noted on your RSVP that you plan to take the shuttle, you will receive an email 1 week before with information.
