Due to a served meal (as opposed to a buffet), Josh and Cassie are sending out RSVP cards with menu options, and ask that you indicate your attendance on these and mail them in the included envelope. The RSVP cards will also include an option to indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions, as well as a song request that will be given to the DJ. The RSVP cards will arrive with the formal invitations several months before the wedding.
Due to a high number of travelling family members, Josh and Cassie would like to keep these rooms reserved for family first. If you are interested in rooms at the venue, please reach out to Josh and Cassie and they will be able to give more details on room availability at the venue.
The wonderful thing about the venue that Josh and Cassie chose is that the party can continue even after the music has stopped! Because the venue doubles as an inn, guests are welcome to stay even after the meal and music has ended. The music at the reception will be over at 9:30 p.m., but Josh and Cassie would love to stay up with those who want to stick around to continue the celebration!
If your invitation includes a "plus one," of course you can bring a date - Josh and Cassie have planned for it. Both Josh and Cassie have large families and due to the maximum number of people the facility can accommodate, we ask that if you do not have a plus one on your invitation that you do not bring one.
The wedding is outside (weather-permitting), so be mindful of the possibility for high temperatures. Other than that, semi-formal attire is perfect.
