Drum real please....bright and colorful semi-formal/cocktail attire! What does that mean? No need for ball gowns, but I would love to see everyone in their most colorful, best outfits! How can I RSVP?

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent out, you will be able to rsvp online through our website! All you have to do is type your first initial in and then your last name. If there are numerous people in your party you will be able to rsvp for them as well!

Ceremony arrival time?

Answer

We are going to be starting at 5:30 sharp! So please give yourself ample time to get to the venue and get situated. Best practice is always arriving 15-20 minutes beforehand. The grounds on our venue are beautiful so if you are early use this time to walk around and get those pictures! I won't say anything if I catch you walking in late, but there is certainly a few folks who will.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks and all of that information can be found on the travel tab. We have a discount for both hotels as well!

Is there a shuttle for the hotels?

Answer

Yes! We will have two shuttles that will be taking folks to the venue and home, there will be a shuttle from both hotels. Even if you aren't staying, but don't feel like parking at the venue or ubering, this is a great option! There is a lot of parking at the venue, but cars have to be gone by 3pm the next day. There's also always uber & lyfts, but please be aware that due to Bourbon & Beyond these may take longer and are more expensive. If possible please plan ahead with how you plan on getting to and from!

Are we allowed to bring kids?

I love all of your sweet angels DEARLY, but please leave them at home :) parents night out WOOHOO!! The only kiddos that will be there are ones that are invited. This also goes the same for plus ones, please do not bring someone if they weren't included on your invitation.

I have numerous allergies, what should I do?

Answer

Have no fear about allergies! My lovely husband to be has more allergies under the sun including the big ones (all nuts, beans, soy). So we are being very conscience about the food we are going to have! However, if you have any strange allergies please let me know ASAP.

Rain plan...here's to hoping we don't have to use this!!!

Kentucky weather is arguably so unpredictable, but we are planning for an outdoor ceremony and the reception is indoor! There will be signage everywhere on pointing where to go indoor and outdoor. The beauty of everything being in one place is that we can flip the inside to fit the ceremony if need be. Send all the good vibes our way that we don't have to do this!

Will you guys be having a cash bar or open bar?

Open bar all the way WOOHOO!! This is one of those things my dad is HAPPY to be paying for. We will have beer, wine, liquor along with other non-alcoholic beverages! Cash or venmo tips for the bartenders will be greatly appreciated.
