Please complete this form within 72 hours of your flight. Additionally, you must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to enter Colombia.

A normal Passport booklet is $130 + $35 (Acceptance fee) and takes approx. 2-3 months to receive your booklet by mail. A Passport Card is NOT valid for international Travel to our wedding. Additional Options: 1) EXPEDITED SERVICE - $60 (Receive passport within 5-7 weeks) 2) 1-2 Day Delivery - $18.32 . The deadline to order is February 1st, 2023 (to be safe) unless you're paying for expedited service. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO START THIS PROCESS, COVID MAY HAVE IMPACTED NORMAL TIME ESTIMATES.

Renew Passport
To enter Colombia, your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your travel dates. This means YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID THROUGH DECEMBER 2023. It costs $130 to renew your passport (anyone 16 and older). To expedite the service, there is an additional $60 fee and $18.32 shipping. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO START THIS PROCESS, COVID MAY HAVE IMPACTED NORMAL TIME ESTIMATES.
