Travel & Booking Information
The wedding will take place on Monday, April 19, 2027. We recommend arriving on Saturday, April 17 to relax and enjoy some vacation time before the festivities begin. Stay for a few nights, a long weekend, or a full week—whatever works best for you.
To receive our group rates and be included in the wedding room block, please book through our travel agent, Meg Thacker. Her services are free and she can assist with accommodations, optional flights, airport transfers, and other travel details.
A $100 deposit per room secures your reservation, and final payment isn't due until March 18, 2027. Since the resort is filling up, we encourage guests to reserve early.
