How to Book For Our Hotel Block: 1. To get the hotel block price, you must book through the link (click the "View" button below). 2. YOU MUST BOOK BY August 15 to get our discount price. You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance for free. 3. You can rent either a 2 Queen bed suite or a 1 King bed suite. If there is no more availability for the room type you prefer, please reach out to Connie Washburn. 3. The website is pre-set to check in on September 5 and check out on September 7. If you only need the hotel for one night or if you would like to stay longer, you can reach out to Connie Washburn to modify the booking. Please note that you can add ONE extra day before or after the pre-set dates with the hotel block price (either Sept 4-7 or Sept 5-8). 4. If you have a car, you are eligible for a discount on hotel parking. Our discount price is $10 per day, per car. If you have any issues with booking, do not see an available rooms for the type that you want to book, or need to modify the days of your stay, please reach out to Connie Washburn.
