What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire or semi-formal. We would like it if you even wanted to include some western wear into your attire!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance during RSVP so we can coordinate with the chef on special plates.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar. Party accordingly! But please, do not drink and drive.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will technically start at 4:30 pm. We encourage you to arrive at 2pm to enjoy our array of appetizers and drinks. Mingle and enjoy the lodge ambience before joining us at the ceremony site at 4pm!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at our ceremony site. To ensure you don’t get lost, please arrive to Forest House Lodge first. We will all drive over to the site together.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the schedule page on our website for the list of events. You will receive additional information within your invitation if we are wanting you to join us for our rehearsal dinner and breakfast events.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. It will show up during your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
