When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond online through the RSVP tab on our website by July 24th, 2024. If you are booking via our hotel block, keep in mind that the deadline is July 23rd, 2024.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The guest list is limited to only those that invitations are directly mailed to and are named under the RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love you and your little ones, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate any children at the wedding and reception beyond those who are apart of our wedding party. This is an adult-only event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided but the venue is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. For folks who are driving, there is street parking and parking services available in the area. We strongly suggest you use Uber or Lyft so you can make the most of our time together especially if you plan to drink.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Nerd chic! Keep in mind that our venue is a 1885 historical ship and we will be outdoors. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes to go up and down the gangway.

Where will the restrooms be located?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on the ship but there will be luxury restroom trailers located between the two gangways.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We request the joyful sight of your smiles for this sacred moment, without the distraction of electronic devices. Please turn off all electronics during the wedding ceremony. You are free to turn them back on after the wedding ceremony is over.

What happens after the ceremony?

Feel free to enjoy the cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers followed by the reception and dinner.
