RSVP by June 16th! You can do so here on the website (once invitations go out) by going to the RSVP page and entering your name. You'll be prompted to enter who in your party is coming, along with a few other questions.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Avanti Mansion, located at 4409 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm in the Japanese Garden, immediately followed by the reception located in the Garden tent. You will be able to enter the ceremony space starting at 5:00pm.
Cocktail Attire! For example, dresses, slacks, button up shirts, etc. Just no jeans please! Keep in mind the temperature is usually around 80 for July - hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen would be great ideas!
The ceremony will take place outside, while the reception will be under a somewhat climate-controlled tent. In the case of rain, the entire celebration will take place under the tent.
We understand many people are traveling from out of town and finding childcare for a whole weekend can be difficult. We will be having a kid-friendly reception; please check your RSVP card to see how many seats we've reserved for you and your family. Please note that a sitter will not be provided. Reach out to Megan or Jared if you're unsure!

We are not providing any formal transportation from hotels to the venue or vice versa. There is ample parking for those who would feel comfortable driving and we will have an Uber discount code available for anyone who would rather not drive. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink!
Yes! If you would prefer to drive yourself, there is parking at the venue. Please use the entrance with the stone pillar on each side (NOT the one with the mailbox) and follow the driveway to the parking lot between the large tent and the white house. If you've parked in front of the main building, please go back out to the road, make a right, and another right into the second driveway.
When you RSVP, please indicate whether you have any dietary restrictions and we'll make sure the venue is aware.
After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for about an hour. Everyone else is free to head over to the reception area to grab some drinks and snacks, sign the guest book, and take photos at the photo booth! Dinner will be served around 7:30pm, with dancing to follow.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #WansartWedding so we can see them, too!
