Cocktail attire is requested for the wedding ceremony and reception. There are multiple surfaces throughout the venue. We recommend wedges or flats rather than stiletto heels for footwear. Minnesota spring weather is unpredictable, so sneak a peek at the forecast when you pack for the trip!
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be outdoors.
Guests can begin arriving after 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The ceremony will be in the Loft (2nd floor). There is an elevator available for those unable to take the stairs. Shuttles will depart from the hotels on the following schedule: Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area (downtown) - bus departs at 3:10pm Home2 Suites and Marriott Residence Inn - bus departs at 3:45pm On-site parking is available at the venue for those that do not wish to take the arranged transportation.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We have professionals to capture how the ceremony looks. We have invited you to capture how the ceremony feels! Please put away your phones and cameras to be fully present to celebrate the moment with us. We promise to share images later. There will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout the cocktail hour and reception. Jack + Amanda would love if you took photos of us all having fun - use our wedding hashtag #WeDuhan so we can see them too!
We are hosting an open bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. This will open right after the ceremony ends with service throughout the reception.
The barn and other indoor buildings on the property are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only. Ashtrays will be provided at all main entrances.
