If you are needing a ride to/from the airport to/from Northstar this is a shuttle service we were recommended. Calling is the best option to give them your information.

Northstar Village offers what they call Dial-A-Ride. This is an app that you can download to schedule a pick-up and drop-off, if you are staying within Northstar. It is called Northstar Village Transit. This will be in all check-in information for guests staying in the resort. The shuttle service ENDS at 1:00 AM on 9/4. Please plan accordingly and make sure to arrive back to your lodging BEFORE 1:00 AM. Flight

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

If you plan to fly in, we recommend flying into Reno and then drive to the venue. It is about an hour drive from the airport to the venue.

Hotel

The Village At Northstar

While you do not have to stay here, we recommend it as it will be the hub for majority of wedding events. This is the resort where the wedding will be held, and there is a ton to do in the area.
