Getting to the Zephyr Lodge is quite unique, you will be taking gondolas to the top of the mountain! Please head to the Big Springs Express Gondola to be escorted by the staff of Zephyr Lodge. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get the Lodge, please schedule accordingly.
Northstar Village offers what they call Dial-A-Ride. This is an app that you can download to schedule a pick-up and drop-off, if you are staying within Northstar. It is called Northstar Village Transit. This will be in all check-in information for guests staying in the resort. The shuttle service ENDS at 1:00 AM on 9/4. The Village at Northstar is at an elevation of 6330 ft. Zephyr Lodge is at an elevation of 7900 ft. While it will be September, during the day will be warmer, but once the sun goes down it will become much cooler. Please plan accordingly (i.e. drink water, wear sunscreen, bring a jacket, etc.).
Guests may arrive at 3:00pm to be escorted up the mountain to the venue, but please arrive at the gondola no later than 3:40pm sharp for a ceremony start of 4pm. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the venue by lift.
When guests turn onto Northstar Drive from Highway 267, continue straight through the first roundabout. Continue towards the Northstar Village, you will come to a stop sign, continue straight and take your first left onto N Village Drive. There is closer parking if you continue up and take the next left. This lot has limited parking. Parking is complimentary. Please refer to the photo above for visual directions on how to get from the parking lot to the Big Springs Gondola.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and then we will move inside for the reception. There will be heaters and fire pits outside for everyone's comfort. Also please be aware of grass/gravel in some areas. Dress accordingly.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We are welcoming all children over the age of 6.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please no white or ivory clothing, daytime/informal dresses, or jeans.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you want!
