We are planning to move forward with our wedding this fall. For the health and safety of all of our guests and in light of the Delta variant, we are respectfully requesting that everyone who plans to attend be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If for some reason you are not able to receive the vaccine, we will ask you to provide us with a negative test the day before our event. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us. If you would like to review Pippin Hill's safety protocols ahead of our wedding, you can access them here: https://www.pippinhillfarm.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/PHF-Safety-Protocol-Standards-Q3_Q4-2021.pdf
We will miss you! We are doing everything we can to ensure a safe and joyful event given the ongoing pandemic. However, we understand that everyone has different levels of comfortability. If you’re not able to come, please let us know by RSVPing “declines with regret” as soon as possible so that we are able to plan accordingly.
All of Pippin Hill’s meals are chef composed duets. Please indicate whether you have any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP card so we can be sure to address those.
If your invitation says “and guest” then yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one. Otherwise, please just bring yourself!
While we love all the children in our lives, our wedding and reception will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Care.com has good options for childcare should you require it!
Yes! On the day of the wedding, we will have buses departing two hotels for the wedding venue and then making a return trip after the reception. Buses will depart from the Omni and Holiday Inn promptly at 3:30pm and will return from the venue at 10:30pm.
We want to be present with our family and friends while we tie the knot and would ask that you please refrain from recording or taking photos during our ceremony. We've hired a professional photographer & videographer to capture everything. Feel free to break out your phone at our reception.
If you're not taking one of our prearranged buses, we ask that you arrive no later than 4:00 to make sure we can start the ceremony promptly at 4:30.
Yes - our wedding is black-tie optional. That said, we'd love to see you break out your tuxes and gowns for the occasion!
While weather can be unpredictable, it is generally in the high 50s. We recommend bringing a jacket for our ceremony, which will be held outdoors.
