Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We have a shuttle that will take guests to and from the hotel. Shuttle will begin picking guests up from hotel around 1:30 to bring to the venue for a 3pm ceremony. Shuttles will bring guests back at both 9pm and 10:30pm

Why did you change the date?
Answer
Due to COVID19 and an issue with our original venue, we made the decision to push back our date and change venues! Please make sure to adjust your travel plans if you previously booked for our original date/venue. Our new venue is just south of Jacksonville, FL and west of St. Augustine!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in summer-appropriate clothes as it will be warm in Florida in April. Garden party attire For Men: summer suits, button down shirts and slacks are appropriate For Ladies: summer dresses or trousers/skirts and a nice blouse are appropriate Please no: jeans, tshirts, cutoffs, or cargo shorts - out of respect for the bride, please no white dresses!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be plenty of parking. However for safety of those who choose to drink we highly suggest carpooling in a Lyft or Uber or utilizing the shuttle we have arranged

Will the ceremony/reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be taking place outdoors weather permitting. The ceremony and reception will both be located outside. While the weather is nice during the day, we suggest bringing a light sweater as it will cool down in the evening.

What drinks will be provided?
Answer
We will be providing wine and beer as well as a couple specialty cocktails and plenty of non-alcoholic beverages!

What type of food will be served?
Answer
As true Southern residents we are treating everyone to some delicious southern BBQ! Please note on your RSVP of any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?
Answer
The reception will end around 10:00pm!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will take place on the same grounds so feel free to wander around, take pictures, and play some of the lawn games we will be providing after the ceremony while the reception is being set up!
