Doors will open at 2:30pm. Ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Please allow plenty of time to find parking and your seat before the celebration begins!

Dress to impress - but keep it comfortable! It will be a very boho/rustic vibe! keep it stylish but dance floor friendly! Please no shorts or flip flops! The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be inside!

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can coordinate with our vendors. However, the deadline is August 1st. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to RSVP "No" so we have proper counts. Your presence will be missed!

If we do not receive your RSVP by August 1, you will automatically be marked as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Kindly note that we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. When RSVPing on our website, if a name does not appear, we're unfortunately unable to extend an invitation due to limited space. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone and appreciate your understanding!

A delicious southern style buffet dinner will be catered with plenty of drinks to keep the celebration going! Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (to our gluten free folks, we already got you covered!)

Smoking and AlcoholSmoking and Alcohol

There is no smoking inside the venue but there is a designated smoking area outside at the firepit! We will have the firepit going all evening as it should be a beautiful September day! Absolutely NO outside alcohol is allowed on the property, not even in your car. We are under contract with the venue and the mobile bar service to abide by this rule! BUT NOT TO WORRY!! There will be an open bar with all the beer, wine, and seltzer drinks provided! So come thirsty and ready to celebrate!!
