Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes for individuals who booked directly with our room block! Check out our Travel page for all the info you need. The bus will depart the hotel at 4:45pm. The bus will make two return trips to the hotel one around 10:15pm and another at the end of the night around 11:00pm

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Both of the meal options can be made gluten free. Additionally, there is a vegan option available when selecting your meal for the evening. There will also be gluten free and vegan options for desert. If you require further dietary accommodations please e-mail us at waltuch.wedding@gmail.com to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Will you be having an unplugged ceremony? What about reception?

Yes! We would appreciate everyone being fully present during our entrance and through the entire ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the evening. If you plan to drive yourself please show up 10-15 minutes before. If you are staying at the hotel we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 4:30pm and depart for the wedding at 4:45! In the event that you miss the bus you will still be able to take the shuttle home and you can choose to either drive yourself or uber/taxi to the venue.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Call up Grandma or your favorite baby sitter, then come party with us!

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Labelle Winery.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says and date then yes, otherwise we would prefer if it was just you.
