In reference to the wedding, I have direct access to reserve your vacation with me through Wyndham. I can book with Wyndham directly with no money down. You pay when you complete your stay at Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham Resort. You have to hurry up if you want these rates. But, if you want an even less expensive rate you have to pay now with credit or debit card. I won't charge a commission, but I would appreciate referrals.

What is the group reservation information to book directly through the resort?

Amy Walter and Carl Taylor Wedding When we have the 10 rooms established, we will get our own wedding website through Wyndham. Make sure to reserve under my ID# VWG12157. You need to book directly through Amy with at least 15% down. The rest is due at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. (by May 17, 2026 to be safe). We will be provided with the walter/taylor wedding group link to book the remaining 85% once we have at least 10 rooms booked. We have to have at least 10 rooms reserved in order to get the group rate directly through Wyndham!!!! RATES: RATES SUMMARY All-Inclusive rates, per person per night (USD) Room Category Single Double Triple Quadruple Children (3-11 y/o) Superior Garden View $203 $135 $122 $115 $30 Superior Ocean View $228 $152 $137 $129 $30 Please contact me at (516)650-2168 or email at walterh.a1908@gmail.com You can pay me the 15% with cash app or Zelle. What is the reservation information if I want to book directly through the Balearia Caribbean ferry?

This is the ferry that leaves from the Port of Fort Lauderdale. The airfare rates are usually cheaper to fly to Fort Lauderdale and take the ferry, rather than flying straight to the Bahamas. Me and Carl may be taking the ferry. By the way this will not count towards Wyndham group rate. It is possible to check ferry+ hotel availability using their website, and book your package using the website: https://www.baleariacaribbean.com/en Take the option: Ferry+ hotel , and choose the destination. Be aware not to choose : Hotel (Only) Detailed directions: Take the option: Ferry+ hotel and choose the destination. Be aware not to choose : Hotel (Only) Check the calendar according by the days of the week. Our destinations are Bimini or Freeport. (We don't sail everyday to both destinations), 1 night stay is not always available Freeport : calendar requires 3 nights stay ar least. Sailing days: Tuesday and Saturday You must select the dates according to availability on the calendar. Remember , max person in each room will be 4 passengers: 3 adults + 1 Child 2 adults+1 Child 2Adults+ 2 Children 4 Adults (depending on the hotel) Generally 5 passengers will need to book 2 rooms. 1 adult per room will be needed Once you start searching availability It will be possible to move dates and change number of passengers. In the next step, it shows messages regarding hotel availability, asking to change dates if not available etc. Be aware to keep Ferry+hotel option. Once selected the room rate, introduce passenger's details, and confirm payment. Passenger receives confirmation with ferry and hotel booking references. If passport details have been correctly introduced, you will receive also your boarding cards. Contact Balearia to receive boarding cards, in case not received.

Can I pay using a payment plan?

Yes. You can book directly with my travel agency. You don't have to put anything down. You use a credit or debit card to reserve the room. Then you get charged when you complete your stay at the resort. Reserve quickly as the rates vary!!!!! Right now they are as good or better than the group rates. Or you can book directly with me for the group rate through the resort. You can put as little as 15% down now. Then you can make payments, and then the remainder of the balance can be paid through the Viva Fortuna by Wyndham walter/taylor wedding website by May 19, 2026. It is due 30 prior to the check in date. So, I recommend paying a few days prior to be safe. Check with me for both rates to see which you prefer!!!!

For the Rehearsal Dinner the dress code is Semi Formal-Woman wear floral colors, ex. coral, peach, salmon, fuchsia, pink, For the Wedding Ceremony and Reception the dress code is Semi Formal- wear all white with coral accents if desired. Also gold and silver accents. The Brunch dress code is casual. Let's enjoy the tropics with our florals.

You must also RSVP through the Punchbowl evite. I have already sent the save the date. You also need to RSVP through this website for a more detailed itinerary breakdown for the resort and planning purposes.
