Where is Bernalillo, New Mexico?

Answer

Bernalillo is the northernmost suburb of Albuquerque. It is about 20 minutes from downtown ABQ, so staying in Albuquerque is totally feasible. Public transportation is minimal, but there are plenty of Ubers. It is 45 miles from downtown Santa Fe. It is an easy drive down I-25 to travel between Bernalillo and Santa Fe.

What is the weather like in Bernalillo? What do I need to consider when traveling there?

Answer

Fall is usually a great time in New Mexico. Typical high temperature of 72F, low of 46F with minimal chance of rain. The altitude and low humidity can affect people if you're not used to it. The altitude in Bernalillo is 5,052 ft and the humidity is extremely low. We highly recommend drinking LOTS of water if you're not used to the desert climate and high altitude.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of valet and self-park at the resort. Uber is also available, but because Bernalillo is on the outskirts of ABQ, there can sometimes be a wait.
