LOTS OF INFO — BUT PLEASE READ THROUGH 😊 We’ve reserved a room block at Hyatt Ziva, a beautiful all-inclusive resort where we’ll be hosting our welcome party and hanging out the day after. We highly recommend that all of our guests stay here — it will make things easy and fun for everyone! Bonus: We’ve arranged transportation to and from the wedding venue and Hyatt Ziva, so you won’t need to worry about logistics on the big day. Room Block Details: Click the "View" button below to book within our block and take advantage of group rates. Important Notes: * Group Rates are per person, since this is an all-inclusive resort — meaning all your food, drinks (yes, cocktails too!), and access to seven amazing restaurants are included. * Group rates are only available when booking a minimum of three nights, and only these reservations count toward our room block. When you visit the booking site you will see the dates are prepopulated to be Friday May 8th - Monday May 11th. Once you select "find rooms" the two room types in our block will appear. You're more than welcome to adjust the dates, extend your stay, or upgrade your room— just make your initial booking through the link first, then contact our sales rep to modify your reservation. A credit card is required to book, but you will not be charged until 30 days prior to your stay.

Airport Transportation
We recommend using our Cabo Shuttle Services link to book roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. Click “View” below to schedule your ride. Shuttles are priced by vehicle, not per person — with one rate for 1–5 passengers and a rate for 6–10 passengers. So feel free to coordinate with others arriving around the same time to share a ride! Taxis are also available just outside the airport. Please note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport, but it’s a convenient option for getting around town once you’re settled in Cabo.

Passport Requirements
Please note that all guests will need a valid passport to travel to Cabo. Be sure to check the expiration date on your passport well in advance of your trip! If you need to renew or apply for one, be sure to do so early to avoid any last-minute issues. While Mexico does not enforce a specific passport validity period beyond your intended stay, it's important to note that airlines may have their own requirements, often stipulating that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date. To ensure a smooth travel experience, we recommend verifying the specific passport validity requirements with your airline prior to departure.
