Booking Hotel Accommodations

Room block extended through June 1st! Once the room block is gone, I can't promise the resort will have available rooms. We want to make sure everyone who would like to attend is able to book before we remove the room block. Please reach out to Sarah if you have any questions or need any assistance. I cannot fully articulate how much I dislike the Destination Wedding Website, but we will only be using it for booking and Joye is absolutely wonderful. Step 1: Go to the Destination Wedding Website using the link included and search for a wedding. Step 2: On the left hand side you will see "Find a Wedding" Wedding Couples last name: You can use Walling or Martin (I double checked and they both work) Wedding Passcode: Freckles10/10/23 Step 3: Register an Account Step 4: Click on the "Attend" Tab so you can read information about the hotel amenities and room descriptions. As you scroll down there is a form you can submit to our Travel Agent, Joye Harris, so she can communicate with the hotel. Airport Transportation to/from Resort

If you booked through Joye and Destination Weddings- transportation to and from the airport is included. You will receive an email as we get closer to the date and I will post updated information here :) If you need to book transportation to and from the hotel-- We highly recommend using super shuttle. They have upfront pricing, you can book in advance, real time vehicle tracking, and it is super safe and user friendly (Thank you Westin for the travel tip).
