What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire is encouraged. To complement our wedding colors of forest green and burnt orange, feel free to incorporate warm, rich tones into your look. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the International Event Venue in Tampa, Florida, making your evening smooth and seamless from start to finish.

Is parking available?

Absolutely. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary on-site valet parking. Arriving a little early will let you settle in with ease and begin the evening feeling relaxed and ready to celebrate.

Can I bring my children?

To help all guests relax and enjoy the celebration, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of children of the bridal party. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We encourage guests to arrive 30-45 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, take photos, freshen up, and find a seat before we begin. Once the ceremony starts, doors will be briefly held to honor the moment and avoid interruptions.

Your invitation will let you know if you’re welcome to bring a guest. If it doesn’t, we invite you to enjoy the celebration on your own—dancing, laughter, and memories await! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
