Yes! Please text the bride or groom if you have any allergies or diet restrictions.
Your RSVP will specify whether we've included a date for you. If your invite and RSVP is addressed solely to yourself, we ask that you celebrate us without a date!
For the welcome party, the dress code is casual. Please wear semi-formal attire to the wedding ceremony and/or reception.
While there is no theme or requirement to wear 'western' clothing, we understand some of our guests are excited to visit Montana and embrace their western style! Please feel free to wear western gear to either the welcome party or reception. If cowboy boots and hats are not your thing, we ask that you follow the dress code.
Yes! Parking is available on the ranch for the welcome party, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. Please make sure to park in the designated area near the barn. Do not park on the side of the barn as that space is reserved for vendors ONLY. You may leave your car at the ranch overnight if you wish. Cars will need to be moved by 12 p.m. on Sunday, September 8. All vehicles must drive and park on the dirt road only, including by the cabins and the barn. There is a high fire risk for cars and trucks parked on the grass. If you do not wish to drive yourself, please note that we will be providing transportation to and from Summer Star Ranch on both Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7.
When driving to the ranch, please do not follow navigation all the way to the ranch as it will often bring you in a difficult back way. Please navigate to the York Bar. At the York Bar make a left onto Nelson Road. Take Nelson Road for 5.2 miles and you will see the ranch sign on your left. Follow that road through to the ranch gates. Please note there is a strict 10 mph speed limit on the ranch due to horses and sheep on the ranch property. Please make sure you are following the speed limit should you drive yourself.
