This is the closest airport to our wedding venue. The venue is about a one hour drive from the airport. See the transportation options below for Shuttle or Car Rentals. We're planning to road trip from Ventura, across the border, down through Baja. Let us know if you want to caravan with us!

This is a more upscale hotel in the area with amazing 360-degree views of the Pacific and of Baja desert landscape. We don't have any rooms blocked here but wanted to give it as another option. There are many other hotels and AirBnbs that are within walking distance from the wedding venue. Just do a quick Google search or contact us if you have any questions.

Shuttle

We'll plan to have one or two private shuttles to transport guests to and from the airport on THURSDAY & SUNDAY ONLY. If you are interested in more information about the shuttle option please see the RSVP page to sign up. Once all RSVPs are in we'll follow up with folks who expressed interest. NOTE: If you take a shuttle, you are responsible for getting around during your stay (with the exception of the no-host "Baja Adventure"). All wedding events are on-site at Cerritos Surf Town Hotel & Spa. Some attractions are within walking distance of that, and others require a car to get to. If you prefer more travel flexibility, there are rental car kiosks at the airport.

More Travel Flexibility

Driving to and from our venue is SO EASY! It's basically one road from the airport to the hotel (about 40 miles or a 1 hour drive). While you are welcome to book your car in advance using any online service, we just went up to the rental car kiosks at the airport upon arrival and went with the cheapest vendor. While you can simply enjoy your time on the beach and by the pool at the host hotel or nearby accommodations, other attractions (Todos Santos, La Paz, etc) will require a car to get to. This area of Mexico is a tourist destination and safe to explore by car. Of course, with any travel destination, always be smart!
