In the town of Todos Santos, just 10 min north of the wedding venue, there are great little art galleries to explore. Though, if you're like us, you'll find just strolling along the streets and down the dessert roads, is an artwork in itself.
There are COUNTLESS ATV tour companies that will take you on an unforgettable rugged adventure through the dessert.
Depending on the weather, you can fish for Dorado (mahi mahi), Red Snapper or Wahoo with the local Pangeros in El Pescadero. You can also arrange a deep fishing charter from Los Barrilles or Cabo San Lucas.
There are great little local artisan bodegas in Todos Santos. You can spend the better part of an afternoon strolling around the town and discovering local shops. Some great boho boutiques include Loveleigh (closer to Cerritos) and Nomad Chic.
There is surf right in front of the main wedding venue at Playa Cerritos. The outer break isn't very consistent and often windblown, but the inside is great for folks who want to learn to surf. There are numerous other surf spots up and down Baja's Pacific coast, and around the tip of southern Baja.
Todos Santos is for yogis! There are many great yoga studios, just a Yelp or Trip Advisor search away. OR take your mat just steps in front of the hotel venue and enjoy your own practice on the beach!
Cabo San Lucas is an hour's drive from the venue with a lot more options in terms of "American style" fun! Lots of resorts, bars, restaurants, and shopping...you'll definitely find your Starbucks there!
La Paz is about an hour's drive from the venue on the Sea of Cortez side of the Baja peninsula. It is known for its seafront Malecón promenade with beaches, parks, and art by Mexican and international artists. Many bars and restaurants overlook the water.
