What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors open at 4:30 for a prompt 5pm ceremony start time. Please arrive in time to grab your seat before the ceremony starts.

Welcome event?

Answer

We'd love to kick off our wedding weekend with you on Friday night with casual drinks at the Durham Hotel. Starting at 7:30 pm stop by when you're able and stay as long as you'd like, including overnight (see hotel block info).

What's the welcome event dress code?

Answer

Dressy - think date night at a nice restaurant. Button-ups and slacks, dresses, and skirts would all be appropriate

How do I get to your ceremony?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle to the ceremony venue. Uber/Lyft are readily available in Downtown Durham. There is also a large parking lot at the venue if you choose to drive.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Much to Walker's chagrin, no shorts please. The dress code is semi-formal. This means jackets and ties (and pants) for men and a stylish dress, skirt, or dressy pants for women.

Kids?

Answer

We love your kids but this is a formal event so we request they stay at home. If you need any help finding local childcare let us know and we'd be happy to help!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Your invite will indicate who is invited to our wedding.

We can't tell you at this point but the ceremony and reception are both indoors.
