Dalton & I met on hinge in 2023, after spending pretty much our whole lives kind of crossing paths but never realizing or running into one another. I never really believed that love at first sight was a thing, but then I met him. We sat down for our first date at the end of November of 2023 and I came home that night to tell my mom "hey, I'm 110% sure I just met my husband." From that night forward, we spent as much time together as possible and the rest is history. He finally popped the question in June of 2025, and almost 3 years exactly from the date of our first date, we'll be Mr. and Mrs! Fun Fact: I spent our entire relationship telling him that I would say yes to a proposal even if he was proposing with a ring pop. On the night he asked me to marry him, he put the ring in a re-sealed ring pop bag (of my favorite flavor, watermelon, by the way). He popped it open, and out came the ring. I knew the minute I saw him pull the ring pop bag out.
