When is the RSVP deadline?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adult-only occasion, with the exception of the children in our wedding party.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning to hold an outdoor ceremony on top of Rib Mountain State Park's Ampitheater. There is an accessible paved walkway with railings that leads from the parking area. Our reception will be held indoors at Granite Peak's Sundance Chalet. There is an outdoor seating area complete with a fire bar.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire - think suit and tie! Dress your best and be ready to dance the night away!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Lamers busing will be making two trips to pick guests up at both Bantr Grand Hotel and Granite Peak parking lot and take guests to the top of Rib Mountain for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the bus will take guests to Granite Peak. PICK UP TIMES Bantr Grand Hotel: 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM Granite Peak: 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM The bus will begin making occasional trips back to the hotel during the reception for those who wish not to drive. This will begin at 9:30 PM and run every half hour as needed.

Is there parking available?

Vehicle Admission Stickers are required on all vehicles entering Rib Mountain State Park. There is ample parking available at Granite Peak. We highly encourage guests to park at Granite Peak and take the bus to the ceremony.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

You may leave your car overnight at Granite Peak. The gate reopens the following day at 8:00 AM

What food will be available?

Answer

During cocktail hour, there will be fruit, veggies, and sausage, crackers and cheese available. We will be having a buffet style potato bar that will include the following: Base options: fluffy baked potato or creamy mashed potatoes Toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, crispy bacon bits, green onions, steamed broccoli, and chili Proteins: Grilled chicken, pulled pork, and smoked brisket Extras: Butter, chives, cheese sauces, BBQ sauce, and hot sauce

Do I need cash for the bar?

Answer

A small selection of drinks will be hosted. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. The bar is cashless and will only accept card payment. Please plan accordingly.
