Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the ceremony

When does the Reception end?

Reception will end around 10:00-11:00pm. However at 9pm, a broader range of music will be played.

Can I bring a date?

Due to our large guest list and venue size, we are only providing plus ones to significant others of guests. Your invitations will indicate if you may bring a plus one.

This is an Adult Only event. Cherish your time out and enjoy the evening kid free!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner is Buffet Style. We have a 2 Meat Options, 2 Sides, and 1 Salad.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large plot attached to our Venue. Ceremony and Reception are at the same place!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels located only a few miles away from our Venue. You can search “Local Hotels in Medina, NY.”

Staying/Parking Overnight?

Answer

Our Venue allows for you to keep your vehicle overnight, OR you can camp out on the property overnight with, - Tents, Campers, etc. Unfortunately there will be no Bathrooms if you do stay overnight.
