How do I RSVP?

See the RSVP tab here on our website. Please respond by September 14th. If you are having issues with your RSVP, contact Kate or Joe!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! The Lageret has a dedicated 80-stall parking lot in the back of the building. There is also plenty of street parking directly outside the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4pm. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes earlier to allow time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Semi formal or cocktail attire is requested. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, and of course no white/cream/ivory.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

All events will be indoors, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a ramp entrance into the building and an elevator for floors 1 & 2.

Will there be an open bar? Should I bring cash?

Answer

The bride and groom will be hosting a partial open bar. This means that a selection of alcoholic beverages will be provided complimentary for a portion of the evening. Once the allocated amount for the open bar is exhausted, guests will still have the option to purchase additional drinks using cash or debit/credit card at the bar. If you are planning to join us for a night cap across the street at Whatever Bar (directly across the street), please note they are cash only.

Will there be hotel blocks?

Answer

There are rooms blocked at Tru by Hilton in Stoughton. Please let them know you are with the Schara-Wachtveitl wedding. There will be complimentary shuttles to and from The Lageret throughout the evening.
