How do I get to the #MarLoWedding venue?

Answer

The #MarLoWedding venue is Solage, an Auberge Resort, located at 755 Silverado Trail N, Calistoga, CA 94515; guests can arrive by 1) car with complementary valet, 2) car with complementary self-parking, 3) taxi, 4) Uber or Lyft (available in the Napa Valley with moderate wait times); there is no bus or facilitated transportation to Solage. What should I wear to the #MarLoWedding?

Answer

Guests should plan for 'formal wear', but not specifically 'black tie'; additionally, due to the warm day-time, summer temperatures in Calistoga, consider layers as the day will likely be ~85'F, but dropping to ~65'F for the Reception and dancing; also, consider comfortable shoes for the dance floor.

Are children welcome at the #MarLoWedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the #MarLoWedding is 'adults only', due to the nature of the venue and the plated dinner experience. Can I bring a date to the #MarLoWedding?

Answer

#MarLoWedding will be an intimate celebration for our family and friends that know us both; ALL GUEST NAMES will be specified on the Wedding Invitations (which will arrive in Spring 2019).

What kind of food will be served at the #MarLoWedding? (dietary restrictions)

Answer

MarLoWedding will feature the award winning, Michelin-star food and wine pairings of SolBar. The #MarLoWedding Invitations will ask for your choice of 'vegetarian' or 'non-vegetarian (meat)' entre, along with any dietary restrictions.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please plan to RSVP as early as possible; but more importantly, plan early to secure lodging in Calistoga or St. Helena in order to navigate the peak summer pricing; we strongly encourage guests to reach out to us for lodging recommendations, or securing a shared AirBnB for several guests.

Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about?

Answer

Please refer to the 'Schedule of Events' tab, for both the #MarLoWedding details, and other optional events, such as the Post-Wedding Brunch on July 14th. Please plan travel accordingly based on the 'Schedule of Events'.

Can I take pictures during the #MarLoWedding ceremony?

Answer

While we love our budding Instagram stars, we will not permit photos during the Ceremony portion. Guests will be directed to take any pictures at the conclusion of the Ceremony, with the first kiss, and much more throughout the Reception! Thanks for your understanding.
