Maid of Honor
Bennett is my younger and much more fashionable sister. We didn't always see eye to eye when we were younger, but just like with most things, it has gotten better as we've aged. We couldn't be more different, but yet that's what makes our relationship great. I can always count on Bennett to make my makeup flawless and she can come to me with her "adulating" issues!
Best Man
Shane is my oldest brother and has been a great influence on my life. I always wanted to do what he was doing as we grew up and even now in our adult lives. Kelsie and I were honored when Shane and Susie asked us to be the Godparents of their second child, Elizabeth.
Matron of Honor
Alex is my go-to person in life! She is my rock during crazy times and my sounding board for all of my ridiculous wedding ideas. We have been best friends since 7th grade playing soccer together, going to dances together, and multiple nights doing things our parents probably wouldn't approve of! Even though we've lived so far apart for most of our "adult" lives, we still remain close friends! Every needs that one friend who will enthusiastically help you with any portion of wedding planning and Alex has gladly accepted that role! I know that she'll always be by my side, even after the wedding is over!
Best Man
Cory is the middle brother of Shane and me. Growing up our family could always count on Cory to root against the Cleveland sports teams. Being a Mariners and Steelers fan he loved to be that thorn in everyones side, but now he has come to his senses and is as big of a Cleveland sports fan there is.
Bridesmaid
Honestly, I could write paragraphs about Emily and our friendship over the years. Emily is more like a sister to me than a friend. She was my first friend when I moved to Ohio bonding over the failing skills of our ponytail holders during soccer games! Emily is the type of friend you don't have to talk to constantly, but when you do talk, it seems like no time has passed at all. I struggled finding a good picture of us because most of our pictures should never be seen by anyone but us! I stood by her on her wedding day and I can't wait for her to stand by me on mine!
Groomsman
Jason and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. Jason has lived in many places with school and the first few years of his job. I enjoyed making trips to Penn State and Mattoon to see him and we would always have a good time. Saying all that, I'm glad he now lives in Cleveland and we are able to get together often. I was honored to be a groomsman in his wedding last fall.
Bridesmaid
Alisha is another high school bestie in the bunch! Even though we were close in high school, we truly got closer during my first year of PT school and Alisha's time in her advanced nursing program at Walsh. We bonded over the craziness that comes with being in a medical profession, complaining about the long hours spent studying and cheering each other on! Alisha is the friend that will always be your biggest cheerleader no matter what you are doing and I couldn't ask for a more supportive friend!
Groomsman
Todd and I started our friendship at a very young age from our families being friends with each other. When we were together people would often think we were brothers, that may have been due to our matching bowl cuts. Growing up we played on every sports team together which meant a lot of long trips together where we grew our friendship. It's always fun to reminisce with him about the sports memories we had together from our days at Liederkrantz all the way though high school.
Bridesmaid
Ashley is one of my soon to be sister-in-laws and I'm so thankful for our relationship! Ashley and I quickly bonded over our love for Starbuck's coffee and pajama pants and honestly, who could choose two better things to bond over? Ashley is one of the most caring people, especially when it comes to her family, and I can't wait for us to officially become family!
Groomsman
Mike and I became friends through playing on sports teams together. When we were about 11-12, Mike's dad decided to go on a spur of the moment vacation to Hilton Head and I was invited. Being young and not too bright I thought we were just going up to Lake Erie to Marblehead. So after driving through the night I kind of realized that it wasn't the short trip I was expecting, but it was a fun trip and something I will never forget.
Bridesmaid
Susie is another one of my soon to be sister-in-laws, although I already consider her my family as well! We both know the struggles of dealing with a crazy Varga boy when any Cleveland sports game is on and we must be partly insane to stick with them! When Susie and Shane got married, she trusted me to carry her cake topper and make sure she ate, so I know that she'll be there for me on my big day as well!
Groomsman
Graham and I have been friends since elementary school. I spent a lot of time at his house whether it was to play cards, have a fire, and countless other activities. Graham and I lived together in Columbus for a couple years when we shared times I'll never forget.
Flower Girl
Elizabeth is not only our first niece, but also our goddaughter! Nick and I are currently taking bets on if she'll be able to walk down the aisle or not, but regardless we love her so much and are thrilled she will be a part of our big day!
Ring Bearer
Jude was our first nephew and stole our hearts from the very beginning! We love his crazy little self and can't wait for all the cuteness he'll add to the our big day!
