When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones and are excited to have a few children as part of the wedding party, we kindly request that our celebration be adults-only. We hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP. If you received a plus-one, it will be noted there—thank you for understanding!

You can find our registry linked right above on this website! As we’re fortunate to have a home full of the essentials, we haven’t included many items. If you’d like, we would be so grateful for contributions toward our future honeymoon or home renovation projects.

We have booked a block of rooms at Tru by Hilton. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal--think polished and stylish, but not overly formal. Dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, or slacks with a button-down or blouse are all great options. Jackets are welcome and ties are optional. Dress to celebrate, but no need for tuxedos or evening gowns.

If I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Of course! Our caterer will be offering some vegetarian options, and we want to be sure everyone is well taken care of. When you RSVP, there’s a spot to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies, so please don’t hesitate to share!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive a little early to find your seat and settle in before the celebration begins. We can’t wait to see you there!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Camelot Meadows has a large parking lot available for your convenience. Please note that overnight parking is NOT permitted. If you plan to enjoy some drinks with us, we recommend using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. Carpooling is also a great option to help minimize wait times and ensure everyone arrives and departs safely! There will be a shuttle between the Tru Hotel and Camelot Meadows. The shuttle will depart Camelot Meadows in two waves. Space permitting, non-hotel guests are welcome to take the shuttle back to Charlotte and then request a rideshare home. See 'Travel' page for more information.
