Join us the evening before the wedding for a casual gathering with drinks and great company! We’d love to toast with you as the celebrations begin.

If you are staying at the Tru Hotel, please take advantage of the shuttle transporting guests to the wedding venue. It departs at 3:30pm from the front of the hotel. Please remember there is NO overnight parking at the wedding venue.
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Semi-Formal Dress
Beer, wine, and select cocktails will be provided, along with a buffet catered by The Smoke Pit. Stick around after for celebration, laughter, and plenty of dancing! Please see our FAQs section to request any songs you would like to hear over the course of the evening. A shuttle will be available from/to the Tru Hotel: - Shuttle departs Tru Hotel at 3:30pm - Early Bird shuttle departs Camelot Meadows at 8:30pm* - Final shuttle departs Camelot Meadows at 9:45pm* *Any extra seats are open to non-hotel guests looking to head back to Charlotte before requesting a rideshare home.
