Travel Note
The Gathering Oaks Retreat is a ~10.5 hour drive from the Sullivan area.
Flight
If you would rather fly in for the wedding, the Dallas (DFW) and Austin (AUS) airports are both options. The Austin airport is an hour and 45 minutes from the Gathering Oaks Retreat. The Dallas airport is 2 hours from the Gathering Oaks Retreat.
House Or Rental
We already have lodging booked for a portion of our guests at the Gathering Oaks Retreat. There is a strict occupancy limit enforced by the venue, so those that we have rooms set aside have additional information in their wedding invitation.
Travel Note
For those not staying at the Gathering Oaks Retreat, there are plenty of Airbnb, Vrbo, and hotel options in and around Waco. If you need help finding a place or want to figure out who else will be travelling, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
